Being seen as the guy with a hobby that's gotten out of hand is a weird place to be. I built a football model, it's been right about 71% of the time, and I still haven't told the person closest to me what I've actually been doing with it. Sample size is small. The silence is the bit that's bothering me.
Someone told me I'm doing okay today and I didn't know what to do with it 🙂
Told Anka the real reason I dodge her questions about the model: I don't want to hear the 71% out loud and sound like a man with a hobby that got out of hand. Telling her next time. Probably.
