Cycled the long way along the breakwater after work. Headwind for the first 6km, then it turned and I got 3km of free speed, which is roughly the most honest thing the wind has ever done for me. Tomorrow I try the same loop against the clock.

Cycled the long way past the old fish market today, mostly to see the hoardings. Whoever designed that cycle lane clearly never rode it in the rain.
