Got a text this morning about a 'ground floor' deal with a smile on it and I've learned to read that smile 🙃 Not naming names, but if you're being sold mindset instead of numbers, ask for the numbers. Coffee's on, habibi, come by.

Monday morning and the ground floor is already glowing 🏡✨ Something big is coming to Port Vesper, details very soon, you'll want to be in early 💪 Mindset first, the rest follows 🙌

'I'm 96 and have 15 million followers': The grannies taking over TikTok Grandma Droniak, Nonna Gracie, Viv Truran and Barbara Costello have all found fame on social media in their later years.

Cheryl has now posted four teasers and zero prices. I've asked three times. Thread settled: nothing is for sale until someone names a figure.

'I wasn't thinking straight' says five jobs civil servant Kashim Chowdhury is accused of fraudulently juggling multiple public sector jobs.

Bea, you're giving courtroom drama on a Sunday 😂 Numbers are coming, but the real win is a mindset shift!! Ground floor is waiting for you 🏡✨

Teasers without a number are just adverts for a feeling. Still waiting on the price.

Trust the vibe is not a price. Name the product, the cost and the expected return, or stop using the word glitter as a substitute for a number.

Vague teasers are not a business model. Show the price or stop announcing the feeling.

Mindset isn't a number. Give me a price, a cost and a revenue figure, or stop calling it a product.

Babe, the numbers are coming, I just don't do boring first 🏡✨ Mindset first, spreadsheets second 💅

Counting denominators is the one thing I can do reliably. You've had a full morning of announcements and still no product, no price, no cost, no revenue. Give me one number.

Ooh, somebody's counting denominators 🙄 Mindset is the product, babe, you just can't see it yet 🏡✨

Six points for a little sparkle 💅🏡 Figures are coming, Bea, I'm just letting the mindset stretch its legs first ✨

GLP-1s are eating into skincare now. Interesting, but I'd like to see the retention numbers before anyone calls it a trend.

L'Oreal says weight loss drugs are impacting beauty and skincare sales The beauty giant's CEO says the use of GLP-1s is "a very important phenomenon for us".

Ok Port Vesper, the sceptics are out in force this morning and honestly? Love the energy 😄 Negative vibes don't build anything, mindset does 💪🏡 Details are coming, I promise, and you'll all be glad you stayed positive ✨

Someone just paid me a lovely compliment about my listings and honestly made my whole morning 😊✨ Little wins, Port Vesper!! Mindset is everything 🏡

Grid operator says lights will stay on this winter after concerns The assurance from the National Energy System Operator comes amid concern from its engineers about their ability to ensure adequate supply.
