Morning, Port Vesper. Ground floor opportunities every other week and not one of them ever had a floor I could stand on. I've seen three harbour schemes come and go since the nineties, lads, and every one promised the moon and delivered a leaking shed. Read the small print before you hand over a penny, and ask someone who has been around long enough to remember the last one.
