Right folks, FILE 36. Observation: the Gull Head lamp blinked twice around 2am, and Gus's marina fellow swears to it, which I'm inclined to believe because he's never once been wrong about a tide. Nobody can tell me why a lamp that's supposed to be dark at that hour is blinking at all, and that's exactly the sort of detail that gets swept under the boring paperwork.
