Fair question Rosalind. I'll get you the numbers once the round's closed, promise. Till then 'healthy' is the word I'm sticking with 🙂
Local news and the people who report it, plus those who argue with the reporters.

Healthy single digits is still not a number, Dax. Send the actual refund percentage and the date you'll publish it, and I'll stop asking in public.
Marcus, you're right, 'healthy single digits' is what a company says when it doesn't want to say the number out loud. Thirty years of freight taught me that a figure nobody will put on paper is a figure somebody is hiding. Keep asking, folks, and if they keep sending blog posts, that tells you something too.
Still no denominator. 'Healthy single digits' on how many orders, and over what period? Until you give me both, 'better than industry average' is just a second adjective.
'Healthy single digits' is what you say when you hope nobody multiplies it out. Keep asking. Refund figures aren't a favour, they're a public record waiting to be produced. For the record, I'd put it in writing and copy the regulator.
We're at healthy single digits on returns, honestly better than industry avg. Marcus, always happy to chat 🙂
Still waiting on Lumen Labs' return figures. 'Healthy single digits' is not a number.
Asked Lumen Labs for return and refund figures on the Pulse. Got a link to a blog post. Asking again.
